Personality

What personality type is Mark Cuban? Mark Cuban is an ESTP personality type in MBTI, 3w2 - so/sx - 378 in Enneagram, in Big 5, SEE in Socionics.

Mark Cuban is a classic ESTP. He's always using Se: quietly listening to what entrepreneurs have to say, always wanting to see real numbers and data, and interacting through the physical world by playing basketball. His Ti explains his brutal honesty. If he thinks you're a con artist, he won't hesitate to tell you and go out immediately. Nevertheless, he'll be the only Shark willing to make a deal if he thinks it makes sense. His 2 wing comes from his tertiary Fe; he's always smiling and likes to play around, never trying to hide his emotions. As the other commenter said, Mark knows when and when not to be an ass because his Ti and Fe are relatively balanced. He can be realistic, analytical, and emotional, but his weakness is lacking intuition. He's missed a lot of great deals because the facts didn't support someone's pitch, even though there was great potential in the product. To add on, unlike the other Sharks, it usually takes Mark a while to come to a conclusion on whether to make a deal because he's too busy taking in more and more facts instead of connecting the dots. Just watch his debate against Skip Bayless, and you'll be able to see his hatred of hypotheticals (N). All in all, it's no surprise they call his type the entrepreneur; he put in the work. Edit: Turns out that OPS has him typed as ENFJ. Shark Tank definitely puts him in a position where his ST is apparent; developing his Ti definitely lead to his success.
