She's most likely a Fi-user too, but it's definitely not her leading function (plus Te inferior doesn't suit her at all). Btw despite the fact that huge part of Tsubaki's character is just a one big Freudian excuse, I still find her uncoventionally interesting and undervalued by the fanbase.
