What personality type is Tatsumaki “Terrible Tornado”? Tatsumaki “Terrible Tornado” is an ESTJ personality type in MBTI, 8w7 - so/sx - 136 in Enneagram, SLOEN in Big 5, LSE in Socionics.
The way she comes off and lack of planning seems more ESTP, but she's way too expectant and demanding of others (Te). She's a know it all, and doesn't really plan any of her battles, but she's so OP she doesn't need to. If she were Se dom wouldn't she be seeking of new experiences? Perhaps always on the lookout for a worthy opponent that can match her in battle? She always goes out to battle because "You'd all be dead without me!" type of mentality. When she complained about the associations over-reliance on her they gave her a day off. As a result, she ended up being bored. Despite her constant complaints, she actually likes her work. This comes off as Si to me. Unlike Saitama who is bored because he crushes almost every opponent with such ease, he wants to be able to battle someone who is as powerful as him, as it makes him feel alive (Se). ESTPs also have Ni in their function stack and I don't think I've ever really seen that in her at all (I do read the manga, not the original webcomic version but the actual manga version is a good ways along). I'm willing to change my mind about her MBTI but I think ESTJ is relatively clear.
Biography
Tatsumaki is an S-Class hero. She is a petite woman with incredible psychic powers, and resides at the number two spot of the Hero Association - since Blast is mysteriously absent, this makes her the currently highest-ranked hero. She has quite an abrasive personality, but truly does want to save people. Her younger sister is Fubuki.
