Noah Kahan MBTI Personality Type
Personality
What personality type is Noah Kahan? Noah Kahan is an INFP personality type in MBTI, 4w5 - sp/so - 469 in Enneagram, in Big 5, EII in Socionics.
I think he shows strong Si as a lot of his songs are based on his childhood and the world around him, but I’m not totally sure if this is his dominant function. I can see ISFJ though, as some other people have pointed out good examples of him using Fe, but what’s getting me about it is how quite a few of his songs are more than just singing about the past and how things played out, unlike singers like Taylor Swift for example who mostly just sing about things that happened, Noah makes them often into metaphors, like with northern attitude (please don’t be mad at me if I’m not explaining this well, I’m an INFP with ADHD who’s basically typing their train of thought). Now people who are Si dom can very much do this, but like I said I think they tend to be focused more on what actually happened rather than the underlying meaning or metaphors they can make out of it, while someone with both strong Ne and Si would do the latter. This is what makes me think that he’s an INFP. Now sensors can also be amazing songwriters, in fact a lot are, such as Lorde, Lana, Olivia, etc, but they tend to be much more literal about what happened or is happening in contrast to how intuitives tend to write more metaphorically or about what’s under the surface. Again I’m sorry if I explained this horribly, I just typed this as I was thinking, I had a long day at school, am stressed out by college applications, and my mind is all over the place :)
