What personality type is Edouard? Edouard is an personality type in MBTI, 9w1 - so/sx - in Enneagram, in Big 5, EIE in Socionics.

////SPOILERS//// I'm inclining towards EIE but ESE is also possible. I think that is undeniable that this person has a great ability to get the sympathy of people and touch the hearts of those who heard him, either to be impressed with his haunting vocal spectacles or to be dragged to battle to bring down those who think that have the right to take away the freedom of people. It is clear that he has Fe in his leading function. He can be forceful when he wants, even when externally he can appear friendly (take for example, the time when the "owner" of Annette was looking for her in the middle of his shows). I don't know if that is Demonstrative Se or Mobilizing Se. The thing that made me opt for these two types is that when Annette offered him to escape with her, he decided to stay because he had a greater purpose to fulfill with the night creatures, he felt the need to be one who could give them guidance or support (which could indicate Ni because guidance is a concept tied with Ni). But, by doing this, he was rejecting the offer to come back with those who had accompanied him before. He cared about people, but, he was indifferent to the ties/closeness he had with people who already met him. He was ignoring his Fi, because if he decided to pay attention to the Fi information he would have prioritized Annette. It is clear that Edouard has Fi in his ignoring function. About wheter or not he has Ni, he has said that he could see the color of the souls of the people, which metaphorically, would mean that he can see through the very essence of people, which could indicate that his Ne is placed in his Demonstrative function, because essence is a concept tied to Ne. What I don't remember is that if he said that he was able to identify what those colors meant; if he said that no, it is a thing he needs to learn to develop (mobilizing Ne) and if he said or indicated that he could give it a good use or knew what that meant, it could indicate Ne is his Demonstrative function, because he wouldn't have a problem with it if it were a 4D function. *sigh* Maybe I overthink too much secondary characters of a show...
