Biography
Heidi Turner used to be a background character in South Park, as a part of the popular girls group but then became an important character throughout season 20-21 since she started dating Eric Cartman. She's often portrayed as a very sweet and friendly girl but in the earlier seasons, she at times acted unkind, like when she openly mocked the 'new girl' Marjorine. Once Heidi's character developed and became a significant character, she was portrayed as a gentle, kind, caring, cute, sensitive and sweet girl who kept being manipulated and gaslighted by Cartman.
