I can't see q!foolish as a Fe dom at all 💀💀 His character screams Ne and Fi. Also before anyone says anything I don't think he's selfish, far from it, he still deeply cares about his friends and family and is really kind but it's impossible to deny that he doesn't act fully by his own personal values especially if you look at his decisions when it comes to the federation or in the presidential arc. I honestly see his thought process while building and making his campaign as a great example of Ne, he is a creative individual motived by his own ideals but this still doesn't stop him from being a perfectionist. Even though it may not be that common, ENFPs can strive for perfection too, if it has personal meaning to them and it alligns with their imaginative and creative side, then why not? When it comes to his kindness and lovely actions towards his family, I have to say that he is very considerate of them and treats them how he wishes to be treated as well, however, comparing it to an ESFJ, I don't think he is that sensitive when it comes to the feelings of other people he isn't too close too. I guess it could be shown by the arrest of Tazercraft where he only fully realized he had done true harm to them long after doing it. Even joking about the situation when q!Fit questioned him one time. Overall, there are many other moments that he shows Ne but rn I just can't see Fe so if anyon can give me an explanation I'd like that LOL (eng is not my main language btw so if you see typos ignore them or else ill scream and throw up)
