I watched this show till season 5. And as much as i saw, i think Pinkie is definition of Ne-dom. She is very random, she breaks all laws of physics, she breaks the fourth wall. She is very intuitive and can recognize everyone’s motives (Gilda, parasprites). In the parasprites episode she was the only one to know who they are and how to get rid of them. No one understood her then, and thought that she acts like usual Pinkie. If she was Fe-dom, i think she would immediately have told everyone about them in the first place. Also her Pinkie promise stuff and inability to read the mood of others and acting as she wants (how she behaved at the Grand Galloping Gala and other serious activities) scream Fi. The only Si trait i saw in her - it's her basement with notes about each inhabitant of Ponyville. And why everyone thinks, that ENFPs can't think about others, lol? They think, but in their own way.
