I really liked how he became a major character on these last two seasons. Really good guy, his Si is obvious as his discipline and dutifulness is what defines him the most. I think his Te is quite clear as well, specially in his conversation with Howard after the failed negotiation in 6x07. If he had Fe, he would have tried to understand or help Howard, but his Te makes him choose the most logical and efficient approach for the Sandpiper case, trying to apologize to the mediator in order to find a safe solution.
