ISTPs are also very systematic, breaking apart things in trying to see how they works, hence their moniker of the "mechanic", while ISFPs tend to focus a lot more on personal values and make their decisions according to those values. Both however can seem rigid and stubborn because their judgement functions are internal, or introverted. Nacho was and always will be very focused on his values. He was always making sure his personal stuff and business would not touch each other. He was trying to get the money in S1 but failed because he lacks of the understanding of creating well thought-out plans, so he asked Mike for help later on. Tried to screw over the IT guy. And the list goes on. He has plans and a vision but he lacks of the tools to make it happen which is usual for Fi doms. He is a good worker but ended up being a tool for the big fish in the pond. And he might seem due to his calm and reserved nature like an ISTP, yet he seems to be pretty good with people. He is one of my favourite characters hope he won't die. At the end of the day he is a good man and trys to survive in a bad guy's world.
