What personality type is Daenerys Targaryen? Daenerys Targaryen is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 1w2 - so/sp - 146 in Enneagram, RLOAI in Big 5, EIE in Socionics.
these comments are getting ridiculous and irritating (where are the xSFP votes coming from?). daenerys is an INFJ (NiFeTiSe). → she has a clear vision of the future, is purely driven by it and would do anything to make it happen. she can read people, cares deeply for the people she loves, can manipulate people and thinks in grey shades. nevertheless, she can be very rational and can take a step back from her emotions/appear cold and detached. INFJs are not limitlessly caring and loving. they can be self-absorbed in their visionary world, creating designs/visions for humanity that doesn’t necessarily mean they are “kindhearted” in the process. of course, INFJs can be warm and caring, but mainly towards people who are close to them. however, they do not see everyone as good and can’t merely “see the good in people, see the good in the world and just be kind”- INFJs see people clearly, the good and the bad and can’t unsee their flaws. if they see too many flaws in a person, especially moral ones, they don’t simply “protect” or like them, and can even be quite evil if their boundaries are crossed. daenerys does in fact deeply care for the people she loves, but people who are in the way of fulfilling her vision are not part of her “healthy“ Fe usage. → she is introverted, visionary, detached, mysterious, determined, confident, quiet, resilient, reserved, charismatic, empathetic, ambitious, ruthless → her tertiary Ti usage is pretty obvious. Ti is into details - with the combination of NiFe daenerys uses her Ti to collect data of people, their behavior, social constructs etc. she is incredibly intelligent and visionary. at the same time, she doesn’t derive her logic externally, but acted solely on what seemed most logical in her own mind. she didn’t particularly like to be right in the action, but preferred to delegate dirty work to other people and then observe the results from a distance (most of the time). → her inferior Se is obvious as well. ! “obsessive focus on external data. dominant Se users are open to the widest variety of information from the environment (the more the better for them) - fully experiencing the outside world is their greatest pleasure. for a Ni dom in the grip of inferior Se, data from the outside world can seem overwhelming. facts and details in the world demand the attention of the Ni dom, so he or she obsesses about them. this may be experienced by both INTJs and INFJs as a state of intensity and drive (...) they may show an adamant concern about minute details and an unrelenting effort to control everything in their immediate vicinity.“ → daenerys Se usage is too unhealthy/underdeveloped for it to be her tertiary function and her Ti usage is too controlled/pronounced to be her inferior function - of course she can use her Ti in an unhealthy way, but not in the way ENFJs are showing/using their inferior function. i don’t like making this comparison, but it’s helpful to understand her thinking process. just like hitler, daenerys is in a heavy Ni-Ti loop. especially towards the end, she merely uses her Fe to manipulate/charm others to win them over. that’s exactly what hitler did. he could easily manipulate people because he could read them like an open book - he changed his persona to get what he wanted. he was purely obsessed with his vision of the future etc etc etc. i am not saying they are the same, but daenerys behavior/decisions in the last season reached the extent for this comparison to be justifiable. and so on.. ENFJ is the only other type that would make sense in some way (but she uses Ni>Fe and Ti>Se/Ti=Se). other than that, i truly can’t understand the other votes.

Queen Daenerys I Targaryen (portrayed by #EmiliaClarke), also known as Daenerys Stormborn, and colloquially known as Dany, was the younger sister of Rhaegar Targaryen and Viserys Targaryen and only daughter of King Aerys II Targaryen and Queen Rhaella Targaryen, who were both ousted from the Iron Throne during Robert's Rebellion.
