Kenny McCormick MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Kenny McCormick? Kenny McCormick is an ISTP personality type in MBTI, 9w8 - sp/so - 972 in Enneagram, RCUAN in Big 5, SLI in Socionics.

(1/2) Ti: Kenny can act dispassionately according to how things simply are. Kenny can be quiet due to this function. He rarely talks and when he does it is through the hood in his jacket. His place of comfort is observing his environment, taking in what others are saying, and seeing if it makes sense in his head. Kenny’s calm, reserved presence hides the deep thought and analysis going on underneath the surface which is very common for IxTPs. The audience and the other characters are only able to briefly see this side of Kenny when he is in his Mysterion persona. There is a noticeable difference in Kenny’s demeanour when in costume versus when he is not. He will be very good at hiding it otherwise. But understand that he is always motivated by logical clarity and understanding the phenomena around him. Se: Kenny is more focused on what is really in front of him and what to do with that. It is also why he will have an insane grasp with mechanics, and this includes anything that can be controlled or operated by the body. Kenny can develop a mastery of anything physical such as a weapon, a fighting style, or even singing. He wants to be able to do stuff and not just know things. His ability to acquire skills is demonstrated in "Quintuplets 2000" when Kenny decides to get better at singing and ends up as an overnight sensation in Romania. We also see this proficiency in his fighting as Mysterion and when he throws a ninja star quite accurately into Butters’ eye socket. Ni: Kenny will have a strange sense of “knowing” or a hunch about things, as seen in "Coon Vs. Coon & Friends" when Cartman banishes Kenny and the rest of the Coon & Friends to some alien dimension. Stan asks, "Where the **** are we?" and Kenny responds in turn, "I don’t know, but I feel like I’ve been here before.” Ni is also responsible for Kenny understanding the implications of his parents having another child based on their previous actions in "Cartman Joins NAMBLA"...

Biography

An immortal, hedonistic, vulgar, but courageous and selfless boy that comes from a very poor family that often has to struggle to survive. He used to get killed off Once per Episode only to come back to life later, but that's not the case anymore... usually, since Parker and Stone were getting tired of killing him off in every episode and running out of original ways to kill him. He almost always speaks with a muffled voice, with various levels of intelligibility. His role in Coon and Friends is Mysterion.
