Elsie Hughes MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Elsie Hughes? Elsie Hughes is an ISTJ personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - so/sp - 621 in Enneagram, RCOAN in Big 5, in Socionics.

I really struggle to understand why people type her as anything, but ISTJ. Her Te and Fi are as clear as daylight. I really get irritated when I see people writing about her having „that Fe compassion“, since it is just doesn‘t make sense to me. I understand why some people could believe this, but in my opinion it is quite stereotypical. Being kind or compassionate isn‘t exclusively Fe and her Fi is quite clear. She follows her personal feelings and sympathies, not any outside established morals. She has no problem telling Carson that she finds Mary to be a selfish brat, when they are alone knowing about his sympathies for her and is very open about who she likes and who not. She follows her personal feelings about that of others, like when she thought about leaving Downton Abbey with her youth love interest. She in the end didn‘t, but not necessarily because she wouldn‘t follow her feelings, but because she had settled there and found a home and stability in Downton, which is influenced by her Si not by Fe. While she is very emotional and has strong feelings of honor and loyalty towards others, like Bates she is in no way affectionate or openly emotional on the outside and instead prefers to keep her emotions for herself, something quite common for Fi user. Her Te is also clear. She is focused on organizing, managing the work in the house and getting things done. While personal sympathies to the struggles of the staff personal, she can be quite harsh and strict with them and prioritizes efficiency and accuracy over the social harmony in the staff if necessary. Like when Gwen got her job, Mrs Hughes, even though she was sympathetic to her an felt joy about the fact that Gwen got it she told her that should go on with her work and not celebrate it yet. In this scene it was quite clear her Te is stronger than her Fe, since she was more focused on getting the work done than the emotions of those around her. Overall I struggle to understand the ISFJ votes, since her being a secondary Fe user and having no Te in her function stack sounds very unlikely to me. I would almost say it is impossible, but still Ir expect those who voted it of course, but Ithink you may should reconsider your decision.
