Just like with canon Ink, this is a very clear case of someone who is not a Decider, and by God, definitely not ExxJ. The values/reasons of the people are not above their own. They're quite selfish. ExxJ and IxxP are both deciders. Their inner conflict revolves around self and people. Ink really doesn't seem to care about people that much, that's not his actual priority. Their priority is freedom. They want to be able to feel, they don't want to be controlled. A clear opposition to Error, who wants to CONTROL everything, an IxxJ. Ink is an ExxP. They don't try to appeal emotionally to people, they appeal by helping, that's Te. And what they VALUE is their *feelings*, being able to *feel*.
