eh, i’m not really seeing the core 4. wanting to be a musician and following your heart isn’t always automatically type 4. ryan is more assertive than he is withdrawn, he expects and desires life to constantly be fun and demands a lot from his external world, including min to follow his passions with him. the whole reason he got on the train in the first place was because he needed to learn not to rush others and himself, which strikes me as the impatient, thrill-chasing nature of a 7. he also doesn’t really have the emotional introspection of a 4, whenever 4’s feel negative emotions they confront it head on, attempting to understand why they feel the way they do. ryan avoids this like the plague, whenever he feels disappointed or sad he moves on to the next stimulating activity in order to avoid emotional pain. in conclusion, ryan is a 7, he just has a strong 4 fix
