Fi users are motivated by personal emotions and values, whereas Fe users are motivated by other people. throughout season 1 especially, Nagisa consistently puts aside her desire to form the drama club so that she can support others, saying over and over again that other people are more important to her than her own personal goals. additionally, inferior Ne correlates with a fear of the future and new possibilities. we see Nagisa experience this frequently, like through her inability to climb the hill to school until Tomoya comes along and encourages her, for example. edit: i now believe she's an INFP because i have learned that Fi and Fe are more distinguished by values than by motivation (which is more of an enneagram thing). i think Nagisa's determination demonstrates why her values are based internally. from her determination to help Fuko, determination to do the drama club play, and determination to have a home birth, all of these things center around her internal values/emotions.
