I can see the confusion that led some to call him ISTJ. I think he is in a loop until Goku spurs him a bit, I mean sure he's a martial artist but you can see he's barely using Se until he gets out of that apathy, which can throw you off. The Ni/Ti combo seems pretty clear and he's obviously not INFJ XD
背景
Hit is perhaps, Universe 6's most powerful and skilled fighter. He is a millennia-year old master assassin and hitman whose power comprises of being able to "halt" time at will, with minimal strain or effort. He is depicted as being stoic, serious, and "blunt" but at the same time, also is impeccably professional, honorable and follows a strict code of ethics. He is also portrayed as being very nonchalant and fearless, not being fazed by his universe's God of Destruction (Champa)'s threats and ultimatums. Despite being emotionless and cold, he gains respect towards Goku and his personality, being one of those very rare cases, where he displays some sort of emotion, while engaging with him. #MagnificentBastard
