For anyone thats trying to consider ISFJ just because he's timid... I can see him as Fi dom, he cares about what people thinks because of his own insecurities, his insecurities are completely about himself and how he feels about what he’s doing or talking not really because of other people. He isn't focused on other people feelings. Think about the clash between noya ans him in the beginning. Although he is always backed up by his friends, his self-esteem flips quickly and he is often unsure of himself and anxious. He personal didn't feel good enough and felt responsible for the lost and took it to heart and left on his own terms. He truly takes in his own feelings deeply. If he had Fe he wouldn't left the VolleyBall club the way he left it, and he returned to the club because he wanted to play volley, not because the opinions of others. When he came to the team he realised that everyone else was doting on him heavily which made him realise how important he is to the team.
