A Se/Te loop, as you call it wouldn‘t excuse the absence of Fi. This is a fundamental misunderstanding about how loops work. Your secondary function doesn‘t disappear simply because you are in a loop, it may be less visible and there will be a stronger unhealthy emphasis on the tertiary function, but it is still an important part of your identity. Clarisse never showed any sign of strong Fi in her, but good Fe at times. She was quite convincing and had a certain charisma and presence in battles getting people to support her, she also felt strong loyalty toward her people and the Camp and didn‘t focus much on her identity. When was she strongly concerned with her personal sensitivities or integrity? When did she ever act individualistic? I recently made the observation that many ESTP get typed as ESFPs in a Se/Te loop, but in my opinion this isn’t true for most of them. Chlarisse also shows Good Ti and is quite strategic and cunning in a practical way. So I would say she is typed correctly here. I think she becomes a more mature ESTP over the course of the story, but this is more healthy Fe than Fi.

Daughter of Ares and head counselor of Cabin Five, Clarisse frequently bullies new campers and her first appearance involves trying to shove Percy's head in a toilet. She and Percy never get along, but they do develop respect for one another.
