Some people really think her Te is good when it's not, it's super weak. Her plan to destroy the wine industry is deeply flawed and even if she could make a drink that tastes bad (which she cant because she is blessed by the spring fairy so no matter what she does any drink she makes will taste good) the only thing she would succeed in is destroying the business at Cats Tail because all of the people who like to drink would just go to Angels Share. And even if she did something like sabotaging all of the wine in Mondstadt via a different way the people living there would just import it from somewhere else like Liyue or even make their own privately. Her whole motivation for even doing all this in the first place is based entirely on her feelings for her dad. It's not even for her dad's benefit, it's for her own benefit. Despite the fact that it would actually really help him in the long run and likely save him from dying a premature death by liver failure, she doesn't take that into consideration. It's actually really sad when you think about it with how her dad is so drunk most of the time that he hardly pays any attention to his own child. Diona is still a kid and for someone as young as her not having the proper attention/love/support from a parent takes a huge toll. She doesn't understand that her father has an addiction and that getting a drink to taste bad won't make him quit cold turkey. Diona is so focused on that single possibility of destroying the wine industry that she can't think of any other methods that might get her dad to stop drinking so much. Diona tries to use Te but it doesn't come that easy to her, she struggles with it badly. An ESFP still has stronger Te. Diona doesn't consider hard facts/logic at all. Another user below already pointed out that she blames everyone except her dad for his addiction even though when you look at it from a factual standpoint, most of the fault lies in him, if not all of it. Yeah she's a kid and her functions are still developing but her Te would still be better if she were an ESFP. Her Ni isn't great but she still values it more than Te.

Deeply embarrassed by the drunken antics of her father Draff, leader of the hunting bands of Springvale, she has set off on a one-girl crusade to sabotage Mondstadt's wine industry, starting with working as a bartender at Cat's Tail, where she busies herself making bad-tasting alcoholic drinks.
