Personality

What personality type is Neuvillette (Chief Justice of Fontaine)? Neuvillette (Chief Justice of Fontaine) is an ISTJ personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - so/sp - 614 in Enneagram, RCOAI in Big 5, LSI in Socionics.

Idk... this is similar to Cyno's case (ISTP vs ISTJ so6) but with him I eventually see perfectly the Ti-Se which is not happening with Neuvillette yet (and yes, I'm completely ignoring the INFJ votes bc... no) I would say ISTP has great arguments but I fail to see that concept on Neuvillette, principally because I can't see Se anywhere First we all agree that he's an introspective subjective character but what was explain as Ti I could say that I see it as Si-Fi Neuvillette is a character full of meanings and interpretations of the observed reality, using "a perfectly still body of water" to talk about an undisturbed sleep, his "weeping" for the taste of the tears that have been shed on Fontaine, his distant relation with Navia as "if he's observing the starry sky from the bottom of a deep lake", emotions different as water because "once agitated doesn't settle quickly", comparing an opera with the current reality remembering what happen on Teyvat since the Seven Sovereigns... this guy doesn't see the sensory aspects objectively, all what he sees and experiences goes through subjective lenses and all of them are related with emotions and sensations Ti is still a use of logic on the subjective view, is still a decision making process, so Ti will be doing things on its own way, it will have this internal system to fit it with any new information that receives, but Neuvillette just accept the logic objectively, the systems are what in reality are, that's why he's so impartial And we can see it on Tartaglia's trial, the veredict doesn't compete with his internal logic, competes with the external logic, the evidence, the facts, it doesn't make sense objectively and even if he abide the decision because those are the rules, he's concerned to know the truth Te vs Se sounds weird to me, because Se objectivity doesn't care about the systems, is a lot more pure with the world of sensations, that's why we can talk about Itto and Paimon, for example, as objective characters who doesn't care that much about the logic Te-Fi also make sense, all his decisions are very objective and are aligned with his position as judge but the share of subjectivity comes from his own morals and emotions, and it is something that can be noticed in everything related to melusines His love for them and the need to align the objective world towards good treatment of them is something very personal and subjective, it is easy for him to accept what is externally logical (rules, laws, evidence), but not the moral environment that does not align with his (mistreatment of a different "race")... Ti-Fe or Fe-Ti is not entirely like that Also... Ne-inf and all his purpose to judge all the gods for what happen in the past without much option to see things differently sounds also right Quotes: "I am quite fond of the image of a perfectly still body of water, and it is on this note that I would like to wish you a peaceful, undisturbed sleep." "I don't think that the Hydro Dragon would "weep," per se. I think he just finds himself a little stirred when he gets a taste of the tears that have been shed on this land, on account of all the emotions they contain." "I have developed a newfound appreciation for the value of human yearning and determination having spent considerable time around Vision-bearing humans." "Some days, my mind wanders, and I fantasize about walking into the rain... *sigh*" "To someone like me, however, who knows an inkling of the truth, what would be most beneficial is if human civilization and the natural world of this planet could seek ways to co-exist with one another." "The words unspoken are the flower."/"The flowers don't say anything" "Their performances are just fascinating, don't you think? They draw you into a magical world where, on one hand, everything that takes place is part of an elaborate deception — but on the other, all manner of miracles are possible if you are only willing to believe." "I feel... very distant from her, as if I'm observing the starry sky from the bottom of a deep lake. It is by no means intentional, and I also know it is not something that I can easily make up for. Unlike water, emotion does not settle quickly once agitated, nor is it naturally inclined towards equilibrium." "I went to see an opera recently. It was about a lady whose personal charm and manipulative schemes allowed her to continue to dominate the affairs of the grand mansion where she lived even after her death, like a ghost that refused to be exorcised. The acting was impeccable, and the story exceptional. It also reminded me of the current state of affairs in the real world." "Now that I have reclaimed one of the Seven Authorities from the hands of the usurpers, I have regained my true form. I am now a fully fledged dragon, powerful enough to judge the rest of the gods. My final destiny is to judge the Usurper-King in the heavens above. But until that time comes, I will lend my power to you."
