A close friend of mine is an INTP and my sister is an ISFJ, so I can differentiate pretty easily. Lemme tell you Ben reeks of Ti throughout the series.. A lot of you claimed he's an ISFJ bc he's caring and kind towards Vanya? Guys, we all can do that cmon. Ever since he was a kid, he acted the same way as the others and treated Vanya similarly. An ISFJ child would go out all the way and actually do something to make her feel better, he and Klaus literally share the same functions just in a different order, Klaus' Fe is higher than him for sure in cases where we can see how Klaus still pays attention to people around him without thinking about himself. He may look like he's using Si only because he's dead, and that's the only thing he can relate to. Not to mention his Ne was already there in the flashback scene where he and Diego messed with up with Allison's doll. He doesn't seem to particularly care about Klaus and can be cruel in his words, esp throughout S1 and still in S2. And we cant forget he's a fictional character which means the writer can just messed him up. ISFJ and INTP share the same functions, just in different orders.
