Sx5 actually does make a lot of sense. They are stereotypically characterized by being hopeless romantics but in reality they are people who share (often over share) information to connect with others. That’s why sx is the countertype, because the need for sx connection is contrary to the avarice that 5s have. Sp 5 would hoard their avarice and be heavily withdrawn from others to protect themselves, and while so 5 might share information more than sp, it’s only really in a formal way, like in a teaching setting, and they’d prefer others to be the ones to ask them questions. The sx 5 is the most extraverted 5 subtype, because they are relatively less withdrawn from their feelings and seek connection. They are the ones that will go on tangents about topics no one cares about, and share information out of pure enjoyment. The romanticism might be there but it’s usually hidden and not really as much of a defining feature as descriptions suggest. I know this since I myself am a sx5.
Biography
The youngest member of the team, Reid is a child prodigy with an I.Q. of 187, an eidetic memory, and an encyclopedic knowledge of a wide variety of different fields. He also has underdeveloped social skills and various Vulcan-like character tics that stem from being a walking computer and serves as the source of a lot of the show's humor. #INTPNerds
