If you guys are having difficulties to differentiate Ti and Te in your everyday life, watch clips of Asano and Karma facing off against each other. They're a prime example of that comparison. The best example is in Think Outside the Box Time. Both Asano and Karma are faced with a math problem that both of them manage to solve in different ways. Karma uses his Ti-Fe to solve it, as he uses his relationships with his peers at Class E to help him think outside the box.He first and foremost picked only one thing to handle instead of the entire problem. He then used a formed logic to solve said problem and put all his effort into thinking outside the box, which is a clear representation of Ti. Asano on the other hand, took longer to solve the problem, which led to his defeat, and could be a good example of his use of Te to handle problems, with a touch of Ni. The first thing he does is cut off any unnecessary information that might make him lose his train of thought, which Si users would be willing to consider it all. The thing is Ne-Si users tend to absorb all the information they can get and handle all the problems in conjunction, while Se-Ni users, tend to cut off their useless corners to make it an easier problem, which both Asano and Karma do. The difference is that while Karma's formed logic allows him to think outside the box (Just Ti), Asano tends to go in guns blazing (Literally) into the problem, handling every one of them until they are dead purely for the sake of efficiency (Te). I found out that: Ne-Si and Ti-Fe users: Tend to absorb every information they can get, and use it to think outside the box. Se-Ni and Ti-Fe users: Tend to cut off useless corners, and think outside the box using single pieces of crucial information to solve it (What Karma did) Ne-Si and Te-Fi users: Tend to absorb all the information they can get and use it all formulating in their head, to create an efficient answer based in everything they've absorbed. Ni-Se and Te-Fi users: Tend to cut off as much corners as they can and handle every problem one by one to give a more reliable and efficient answer (What Asano did)
Biography
Gakushu Asano (浅野 学秀, Asano Gakushū) is a student in Class 3-A at Kunugigaoka Junior High School and the leader of the Big Five. Befitting his genius intellect and heritage, Gakushu is a very driven individual who is very much like his father in a lot of ways, although one could argue that he is far less extreme in virtue than his father is. He is highly manipulative to the point of wanting to control everyone and puppeteer the strings. The most frightening aspect of this is his desire to completely dominate his own father. Another note is his keen desire for knowledge and sense of investigation to get to the truth. Hearing local reports and urban rumors about Class 3-E's supposed octopus (actually Korosensei), Gakushu has made it his top priority to get to the bottom of this mystery. Indeed, he has resorted to methods that even he himself has briefly questioned in order to acquire this information, from blackmail, bribery and even legal backup. #MagnificentBastard
