Rewatching it for the first time in years and I came here to see what ya'll had typed him as bc Korosensei's a totally a 2! He thrives on being needed and he goes above and beyond to make anything he does effortless so that others don't have to worry. 2s, especially with a 3 wing are also image focused and it's stated pretty much in episode one that one of his weaknesses is showing off. Another thing is that he doesn't really seek validation, but reaffirmation of his identity by being what people need. In this case it's not just the students, but also Yukimura, who was pretty much the first person who ever liked him. The validation/ affirmation thing isn't unusual for type 2 either. They usually know their worth that sense, they know that people rely on them.
Biography
Korosensei (殺せんせー) was the homeroom teacher of Class 3-E of Kunugigaoka Junior High School, and the secondary protagonist and antihero of Assassination Classroom. He claimed to be responsible for creating the permanent crescent moon, and added that he planned to destroy the earth after teaching Class 3-E for a year. Prior to being a teacher, he was the assassin known as “The Reaper”. #MagnificentBastard
