What personality type is Ivan Karamazov? Ivan Karamazov is an INTJ personality type in MBTI, 5w4 - so/sp - 584 in Enneagram, RLOEI in Big 5, ILI in Socionics.
He is one of my favourite characters in this magnificent book. I think that the scene that gives his INTJ nature away is definitely the one in which he loses his temper with the young servant. To me it was just a big "INTJ frustration" moment, and adding it to the tons of intuition+logic+philosophical discussions+existentialist and pessimist view of the world... I mean... A perfect INTJ on a silver plate. ((Can we all agree that INTJ characters in literature are usually the most interesting? Their dialogues are so interesting, intertwined with philosophy, great knowledge and understanding of the world. I could read/listen to them for hours without ever getting bored - even when they get WAY too pessimistic, I don't care, their speeches are still music to my ears)). Ops, this turned into an INTJ appreciation post. To all the INTJs around: I believe in your silent supremacy. Love y'all :)
