This guy was the epitome of Ne. He got interested in making a hydrogen bomb not because he thought it would be more efficient from a Te perspective, but because Fermi casually mentioned the possibility and Teller, ignoring that Fermi said it wouldn't really work, became caught up with the new possibility and got bored by regular atomic bombs. He was always the one who had the overly optimistic ideas when everyone else thought it would be a nightmare logistically. Biography
Edward Teller was a Hungarian-American theoretical physicist who is known colloquially as "the father of the hydrogen bomb", although he did not care for the title, considering it poor taste. Throughout his life, Teller was known both for his scientific ability and for his difficult interpersonal relations and volatile personality.
