What personality type is Miyano Yoshikazu? Miyano Yoshikazu is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - sp/so - 692 in Enneagram, RCOAI in Big 5, EII in Socionics.
A recurring theme for Miyano’s character arc is how he can’t make important decisions quickly, and initially it comes across as being resistant to change, but what he says in these moments actually stand out a lot: “By the time I’m 50, I might not have any of my looks left at all!” This is only one example of how Miyano thinks ridiculously far ahead every time a new development is proposed to him. He doesn’t want to fully commit to a decision when he lacks the information to predict what could happen in the future; it took Miyano six months to answer Sasaki’s confession because, once he finally realised how he felt, he wasn’t sure whether they’d be compatible indefinitely and if their feelings could drastically change in that time. He struggles to live in the moment and needs a linear path to follow which makes sense to him while balancing how the long-term consequences of his choices may impact others. For those reasons, as of the latest chapter of the manga, I’m voting INFJ. It would also fit the theme of the manga surprisingly well, since he and Sasaki equally admire in each other what they feel they lack in themselves. Sasaki’s active interest in BL manga helped Miyano feel unguarded around him, which then led to mutual affection.
