He only focuses on this one idea and neglects any other possibility. He’s shown very little care for the present, and only looks towards his vision and how he can use Fushi to reach that. Now let’s look at Kansatsusha’s te-fi. For starters, his lack of fe is pretty clear. He has never once shown to care about the thoughts of other people. He only follows his own set of values and his personal feelings, and he always refuses to act on anything else- as is shown through how he disregards Fushi’s concerns and wellbeing.
