Fixated on Kasumi, turning into a bumbling idiot whenever he hears her voice or even sees a photo of her, never mind actually seeing her. Dropped from the manga by the end of the Full Body Cat's Tongue Pressure Points story, making one final appearance at the very beginning of the Moxibustion arc, but remains a minor fixture of the anime.
