Ok, first of all, I love to compare Orochimaru (ENTP) with Jiraiya (ENFP). Both Ne by doms, who knows Akatsuki is cooking the latest and powerful plan that means a lot for the ninja world, but... I already described Orochimaru’s Ti-Fe, now is Pervy Sage’s turn... Jiraiya followed Akatsuki’s steps closely since it represented a menace for his beloved grandson and the village Minato died for, so he protected Naruto and trained him, while Orochimaru was just making business and training students for research interests. Jiraiya also had a deeper feeling bond with the events since his students where behind the organisation, I can tell he developed Te just at the level Orochimaru developed Fe, he really abandoned Tsunade, punished his student who became villains, and sacrificed himself in order to protect the Village, not to mention how skilled he was in battle.
