What personality type is Glep? Glep is an INTP personality type in MBTI, 5w6 - sp/sx - in Enneagram, RLUEI in Big 5, ILI in Socionics.
You can’t get more INTP than him. He is so me. When people are mad at him he is genuinely confused. That’s why he storms out or yells when someone says something doesn’t like (Ti dom). He fumbles into trouble without trying. Occasionally comes in at the last second to help with the perfect solution (Ne trait). Annoyed when he does have to contribute to work. He’s off on his own, usually doing random side quests off camera. He likes the freedom of not having one distinct job title. All of these are INTP characteristics. Also his mumbling speech, I interpreted as an exaggeration of when an INTP rambles lol. Here, let me debunk the ISTP votes real quick. Allow me to explain the difference between Si ter (INTP) and Se aux (ISTP). Having Si in the territory position might come across as laziness and here’s why. The si trait is when you live life through your memories. Si ponder their experiences meanwhile Se’s live from moment to moment. Glep often takes naps at work probably because he’s exhausted from all the side quest he does and he feels comfortable enough there because as we learned in the recent episode, he’s actually a huge contributor to smiling friends being created. when you compare this to the work ethics of Charlie, who is in fact, ISTP maybe you can see what I’m talking about. Charlie is always in on the action not because he genuinely wants to make people smile, but because he wants to find the most efficient way to move forward, a quality of a Se aux. Are you getting it now? Do I need to explain further?? I’ll say this over and over again until you guys understand. You can’t just isolate one cognitive function to change someone’s entire personality type. You have to look at the personality as a whole and how all of the functions interact with each other to form the personality.
