Pops isn't any Ne dom or an Fi user, his primary focused is adapting his behavior in order to suit the needs of his external reality (i.e. his social network). If he were an ENFP he would naturally retreat inwards for morals and emotional development, and an Ne-dom would primarily be focused on exploring as many possibilities as they could, rather than projecting most of their focus on their community.
