Yamada does not use Ne imo. He takes reality for what it is (Se) and does not add abstract meaning to it. For instance, he rarely ever reads into the things Akane says and trusts her words at face value unless he physically sees otherwise (e.g. when she was pushing herself and not getting sleep). He also has quick reflexes (e.g. when he caught akane as she fell off the stairs and also his fps gaming skills in general), which on its own wouldn't necessarily mean Se but together with taking reality for what it is and being attuned to his environment I think Se-aux makes sense. I do agree he leads with Ti (logical consistency/deductive reasoning) and has inferior Fe though.
