Palermo is the biggest 3 I have ever seen, you guys have to read about 3s in enneagram, they go when they are unhealthy into a self destructive pattern, they sabotage others, their success, become envious, and all what he did was literally sabotaging the whole mission because he was not in charge anymore, I saw this behavior irl too. A guy who was a 3, was after he fired in the office and shreddered everything that the project has worked on, including himself. If he can't get it his way, he will just dip and become the biggest troublemaker, the same happened to me in private as well, a high achieving guy, who wanted to become a huge business man, he had the potential, but he failed at something simple, patience, while everyone made progress he became vindictive and then started to sabotage everything in the self improvement server. All he wants is to be admired, loved, as he said. He does not want to love but be loved, he has a strong w4. I am not sure if he is SP lead or not, since he always want to protect the plan, I think it is SP/SX. He was not as intense as Berlin, and just only inspired by his love for the danger. Palermo wants power, love/intimacy comes next. I am tempted to say ENTJ, but he is not like Berlin, he is way more chaotic, he loves the chaos, ENTJs don't. He is an ENTP 3w4. SP/SX 387. And let us please appreciate the performance of this amazing actor, I rarely saw someone so compelling and authentic as him.

Martín Berrote, also known by his alias, Palermo, is one of the main characters in the Netflix series Money Heist, portrayed by actor Rodrigo de la Serna. He is egotistical, conceited and overbearing. That is exactly why he helps Gandia escape when Tokyo takes charge of the heist. When Palermo wants something he will do everything he needs to get it, even if it means sacrifice. He is ruthless. However, he is passionate. He displays this for the heist, as it was made by Berlin, the man who meant the most to him and loved dearly.
