What personality type is Re-L Mayer? Re-L Mayer is an INTJ personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - sx/sp - 683 in Enneagram, RCOEI in Big 5, LSI in Socionics.
I think Re-L is INTJ not ENTJ. Throughout the anime, She always used her Ni to find the truth of Proxy. Those with Ni as their dominant function are good at spotting trends and patterns. They can easily connect the dots. It is her "intense encounter" with Ergo Proxy that marks the major turning point in her life, as it fills her with a burning need to solve the mystery of the Proxies, driving her to disregard even more rules of society than ever before, and it was then she began to demonstrate selfish tendencies. (internal drive force Ni-Fi >Te-Se) However, her probing gets her in constant trouble with Donov, particularly when Re-L begins to make too much headway into the mystery of the Proxy. Often times, chasing her curiosity, she would come to regret her decisions. Not necessarily because of the effect it had on the people around her, so much as herself. It is implied that Re-L's natural ability to bend rules and disregard regulations is partly due to the fact that she was genetically engineered to have the maximum amount of curiosity that a fellow citizen could have. Fi is what tells Re-L how she feel about a particular situation. Fi can act as a warning system when Te thinks a decision makes sense but Fi knows it’s a bad idea. Fi in Re-L gives her a clear sense of who she is and where her morals and standards lie. It will give her a sense of self without the need to over-analyze or reevaluate herself and her feelings like an Fi dominant will. I do not think Re-L is ENTJ because she showed a large amount of Fi, which can not be her inferior function.
