olivier always 'felt' like an ESTJ to me when i watched the show, but i think that she's actually an ENTJ! her aux and tert functions have always been quite elusive, no doubt hidden by her te (which is literally the size of fort briggs itself). olivier is in her mid/late-30s, and thus her middle functions should be well balanced by now. i think that her ability to not only be well-equipped and grounded in the present (se), but also her excellent insight and capability into handling the future hints at a healthy and well-used set of ni-se. it's a formidable combination: possessing both the ability to make decisions that are effective for both the present and the future... it is merely just another factor that makes her an excellent leader!
