Nancy Wheeler MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Nancy Wheeler? Nancy Wheeler is an ESTJ personality type in MBTI, 1w2 - sp/so - 163 in Enneagram, SCOEN in Big 5, LSE in Socionics.

Obvious Te-dom: you don’t have to be mean to be EXTJ. Nancy cares for fairness above all else, especially in her newspaper internship, she’s angry because they treat her as less of a journalist for being female and an intern. She wants to be cool but never changes her personality in S1: just her friend group. I think this is a pretty important distinction: because of dom Fe, ESFJs tend to change their personality AS WELL AS their friend group. They're much better at code-switching and will probably ditch their old interests for new people, even if it makes them unhappy in the long run. Nancy is just as studious and organized when she becomes friends with Steve's friends; she doesn't change her personality and leaves Barb behind because it's the most efficient way to get more time with Steve. She’s very organized and constantly frustrated with her ESFJ mom’s inattention to- well, every aspect of her children's lives- and Karen's tendency to sweep things under the rug instead of resolving conflict. Nancy is pretty confrontational; she's not afraid to force the truth out of someone.
