How can people say she has no Ne? Ne is all about exploring the connections and leaps of logic that everyone can observe, and at least try to follow. Ne thinks: Maybe even if we're wrong, it's useful to explore the possibilities. & that’s literally what she did. When trying to figure out what Stefan was she kept searching for clues. She went to the news station to look up old footage and kept connecting the dots & evidence she was presented with until she finally came to the conclusion/realization what Stefan was. “No, it can’t be, i’m not a believer but I can’t deny all the evidence right in front of me”. We can see this also when she wanted answers about the Originals so she went to the tomb to talk with Katherine. Collecting information from Katherine and using her own ideas when asking questions. Same happened when Rose kidnapped her, she also kept asking Rose questions trying to figure out what was going on. She’s a very curious individual and loves learning about things. We can see her doing this with Stefan too. She loved asking him questions about his vampirism. Even in Season 3 when she was searching for Stefan. She kept searching, finding new leads, and never gave up. Even when Damon gave up she didn’t care if it was a dead end she wanted to explore all possibilities just in case. We also see her daydreaming a lot in the show. In the pilot episode she was in the car and got carried away with her thoughts where Bonnie then had to bring her back to reality. Or in season 6 when she was at the parents teacher conference too absorbed in her own fantasies/ thoughts to be in the present, literally daydreaming about Damon until Damon snapped her out of it. She also loved to express herself by writing in her journal and she just generally always keeps her options open seeking alternative solutions to problems she is facing. Which she seems to get inspiration from. She also helps keep hope alive not only for herself but for others too. When Stefan called her in season 3 she told him “I love you, Stefan. Hold on to that” because FiNes can find inspiration and hope in anything. As far as inspiration goes, learning interestings things, reading interesting books, taking a walk, or having a good conversation are all common stimuli. Ne also loves considering possibilities for the future. They are less concerned with “what is” or the current moment and tend to look forward of the future. This is exactly what Elena does. Her and Damon also had that game they played in season 6 of what future they could have together and what their life could look like. She is always looking forward to her future life and what could happen especially with her family & friends. And so she sometimes tries to find solutions before any problems could arise in the future. (which could also fit with her being a Sp6 too because type 6s are constantly strategizing and planning for future events and how to protect themselves and their loved ones from harm). Elena Marie Gilbert, born June 22 1992 in Mystic Falls, was the former main female protagonist of The Vampire Diaries. At the beginning of the series, Elena appears to be a regular human girl, but is then revealed to be a Petrova doppelgänger. In the Season Three finale, she became a vampire despite never wanting to be one. In I'd Leave My Happy Home For You, she takes the Cure to become human again. #NinaDobrev
