What personality type is Soulless Sam? Soulless Sam is an INTJ personality type in MBTI, 5w6 - sp/so - 538 in Enneagram, RCOEI in Big 5, LSI in Socionics.
Still Sam in a way, but different otherwise I get the ISTP votes, but Souless Sam (Gonna call him SS) isn't THAT much different than normal Sam, to the point of Dean not noticing what was different for quite some time. SS still is a Ni dom just like average Sam, the core difference being that he no longer seeks connections or emotions into other people, he no longer cares for that, that's Fe trickster, something that INTJs have. It's different from Inferior Fe which is when someone simply has Fe as a blind spot, Fe isn't blind for SS, *but is seen as useless*, since he understands, is aware of it, but don't care about hurting or making others uncomfortable If that's the price he has to pay in order to do something (This quite summarizes this version of the character) That leaves us with his strong external, objective logic and decision making skills, classic Te while keeping a moral basis, as he still applies his beliefs on his decisions, all of them are done because Sam believes them to be the right thing to do. Tert Fi can be very, very dangerous since it allows even the coldest actions when its user truly believes what he's doing is right, usually some people see characters that go againt THE VIEWER'S moral as someone with inferior Fi, but forget to remember how individual such concepts are, and how some rl people truly belive some of their actions are right despite causing pain to others, I'm sure that by reading this, many examples crossed your mind. Anyway, SS is essentially Sam but with inverted Aux and Tert functions, as the lack of his soul (for some reason) turns his Extraverted Jugding function into logic based driven by the core aspects of his morality, that quite certainly describes an INTJ. Having an INFJ, someone with Fe aux, become someone with a Fe Trickster is actually very, very interesting and quite good writing (even if it wasn't on purpose)
