EII MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is EII? EII is an INFP personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - sp/so - in Enneagram, RLOAI in Big 5, EII in Socionics.

Could easily work with a fair number of subtypes. But if we’re talking about the archetype, most EII descriptions resemble a SP4. EII is generally described as a very humble, hardworking, caring type that doesn’t like to complain or cause problems for others, and is perhaps the most empathetic sociotype out of the 16. EIIs aren’t really these super paranoid types of people who use warmth to others as a means to feel safe like a SP6 is, and they aren’t people who like to victimize themselves or spend too much time in melancholy as SO4 either. SP4 fits this bill much better than SO4 or SP6, given its tenacious character and social orientation. Just compare and contrast their descriptions EII “EIIs cry and get angry very rarely, and only with really close people, those whom they trust. Anger and tears are a demonstration of trust. Crying and getting angry means allowing themself to be themself. “ SP4 ““The E4 conservation represses envy and is not aware of the impulse that leads him to compare himself with others or of the feeling of lack. Not even the feeling of sadness is allowed, so present in this enneatype as an existential climax. He locks his emotions in an inner world that has no expression, to the point that it can be difficult to recognize him as an emotional character. We could say that the feelings connected to the experience of being lacking have reactively become the ability to be people who know how to contain and sustain the sacrifice, suffering and effort that life entails” EII “When people pour all of their personal emotions at him like that, he feels more at ease than ever. The EII tries to console the other person, to give them countenance, to bring them into an even, calm state, to even out their mood. In general he finds it shameful to pass by a depressed person, even if it is a complete stranger on the street. And if this happens because of the hustle and bustle of life, it leaves a bad taste in EII’s mouth.” “Wanting to help the person, to be useful to them, the EII freezes, tries to catch their gaze, asks why they are like this today, what happened. He gets immersed in the grief of the other, sympathizes with them, the emotional state of the EII and the other person becomes the same, and the possibility of contact appears. When the EII manages to enter such a “unison,” he sees no difference between himself and the other, his own physical state disappears, the feeling of his own body disappears. He does not try to cheer up the other person, and helps through understanding and sympathy.” “Because of their ability to sympathize and empathize, EIIs can be good therapists. “ SP4 ““Great sensitivity and observation capacity that allows them to capture and understand the characteristics of those who are in front of them. Good listeners, they easily empathize with the suffering of others and are able to contain and accompany, either because they see parts of themselves in the other or because, knowing internal states of deep suffering, they have developed self-support resources. It is a character capable of silence, of enduring the emptiness of the other, of transmitting a deep understanding devoid of judgment. In suffering he feels a bond, as he usually does with his original affections.” ““This is even more evident when it comes to supporting the other person to regain their energy and will to live, to transform and believe more in themselves. With a visceral desire for harmony and beauty, he manages to communicate that achieving a state of integration is possible. This stems from her own need, but also from a deep insight that healing (not perfection!) is a possible reality. Finally, he knows how to convey the idea that everyone has value, precisely because it is a need that he has always felt. These attitudes make you a good therapist, should you enter this profession.” Not to mention, EVFL fits EII much better than ExxF or LEFV. Fi base is basically 1E, and Se PolR is 1-1 with 3F issues with insecurities in its appearance and fear of physical interactions, 2V is seen in that EII is an extremely noble, self sacrificial type thats puts its will at the service of others, and is very attuned to hierarchy, social expectations Some EII SP4 examples Elsa (Frozen) 2B (Nier Automata) Kenzo Tenma (Monster) Gaara (Naruto) Tanjiro Kamado (Demon Slayer) Shoto Todoroki (MHA) Lady Gaga Jesus (Abrahamic Religions)
