𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗼 The Superego block is the starting point of a person’s worldview. Being located in the Mental Ring and low-dimension (weak), this block is socially conforming. People want to fulfill social expectations in this block, yet they’re naturally weak in this which would lead them to become highly conscious about it. LII has Fi as Role function and Se as Vulnerable function. LII wants to conform to the society’s concept of evil people and avoid them at all costs, and how to hide their presence to not attract evil people to them. This block is the source of a person’s chronic worries, so an LII is naturally worried about interacting with people and their physical presentation, thus directing this issue to be solved by their Ego block. 𝟭/𝟭 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 (𝗙𝗶-) 𝗗𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 The starting point of a person’s social desire. LII readily learns about what society deems as evil people, how to detect the flags of evil people before interacting with them, and how to distance oneself by repulsing them before they get too close. They readily accept information about signs of red flags from others, properly adjust their behavior to not get close to the other person if they fit the criteria of the red flags, and may do anything to not get lumped or forced to interact with the “evil” people. However, they do this because they feel that they’re obliged to do so by society. Failing to do so may invite criticism and disdain from others, which the LII doesn’t want to get. They may be curious about why they need to hate certain people, why can’t they forgive them, why should they focus on everyone’s fault and judge them as bad while ignoring their positive qualities, and why should they distance themselves from those evil people. However, due to the natural weakness of this function, they’re afraid to speak those thoughts and they can’t properly retaliate if other people criticize their rambling about it. Only their dual, ESE, could make LII understand about those social obligations and the reasons behind that. Otherwise, the LII won’t be satisfied and process this criticism through their later half phases and Ego block. 𝟮/𝟭 𝗩𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 (𝗦𝗲-) 𝗗𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 The function of consciousness, the source of a person’s inner anguish and insecurities. Here, LII wants to learn to properly present themselves in order to not attract unwanted attention, especially from people the society deem as evil. LII wants to dress conservatively, be frugal in spending money, and not hang out or go to expensive places. In reality, they do that because they’re afraid of other people’s backlash in this aspect. They’re afraid to be hated for being too “shiny” and lavish since those traits are often deemed negative and getting themselves exposed to more people, which would attract more evil people in return. Because of this, they may go too far and become very frugal and rigid with their lifestyle, e.g. always wearing the same clothes or going out to the same places. It’s all because they can’t comprehend the proper way of physically presenting themselves (weak function), yet they’re very conscious of what other people say about the proper standard of one’s presentation. An LII needs their dual, ESE, to take care of this matter for them so they can redirect their attention anywhere else. If they don’t have their dual, the LII will be perpetually afraid of this and may self-impose a very strict and rigid lifestyle to themselves out of this fear.
