What personality type is Juvia Lockser? Juvia Lockser is an INFP personality type in MBTI, 4w5 - sx/sp - 469 in Enneagram, RLUAI in Big 5, IEI in Socionics.
Unpopular opinion but what about sexual 9 for Juvia?? “Sexual Nines unconsciously express a need to be through another- to gain a sense of "being" they don't find inside themselves through fusion with somebody else. They unconsciously use relationships to feed their sense of being because it can feel too challenging or threatening to be on their own; they substitute another person's agenda for their own because it feels more comfortable to stand or be through another. These Nines may not even realize they have made this substitution, however; it often happens at a subconscious level.” To meee this sounds almost exactly like her relationship with Gray however that could also just be the poor writing of her character she’s oneee of my favorites but her obsession with Gray pretty much turns into her whole personality by the end of the series…I’m not entirely opposed to her being a 4 but I just don’t see the want to be unique and different from everyone else she more so seems to have a desire to fit in with her new friends at fairy tail rather then stand out which seems like more of a 9 trait. Another trait of sexual 9’s that makes meee think of Juvia is “Sexual Nines are not connected to their own passion for living (in the good sense of the term "passion"), and so they try to locate it by blending with another person. These Nines feel a sense of loneliness or abandonment that seems like it can only be filled by another person, whether or not they realize it consciously.” Before she met Gray she didn’t seem to have much of a sense of purpose in life, walking around constantly being followed by a gloomy rain cloud, but then after her fight with Gray during the battle between fairy tail and phantom lord she starts to see him as her savior, the one who saved her from the rain as well as her own problems and despair and after that basically made it her life goal to be with him whether the feeling was mutual or nottt. Gray is by FARRR the thing Juvia is most passionate in life about and to make him her whole identity and purpose in life seems like a pretty sexual 9 thing to do… There’s a couple things about 9 that don’t quite fit her sooo I’d still love to see ur arguments for type 4 and I’ve even seen a couple people argue type 6 which also seems like a possibility to meee
Biography
Juvia Lockser is a female wizard who served as the former Water Magic specialist of Phantom Lord's Element 4. Using her powers, she can transform her entire body and clothes into liquid, and create and manipulate water as she chooses. She grew up alone and unloved as a child since she always brought rain wherever she went. After a fateful encounter with Gray Fullbuster during the war with Fairy Tail, she falls madly in love with him and joins his guild to pursue his affections following Phantom Lord's demise. Though her efforts are often ignored at best and rejected at worst, she slowly but surely becomes one of Gray's dearest companions.
