What personality type is Zeref? Zeref is an INFP personality type in MBTI, 4w5 - sp/sx - 416 in Enneagram, RCOAI in Big 5, EII in Socionics.
I guess INFJ/INTP votes are just invalid since his whole actions were based on judging based on his personal view and his since of right and wrong like deciding to study the forbidden majic of life and death instead of Listening to the teachers who told him that he's going to lead em to the hell, he thought it's just a limitation by the society instead of exploring the whole magic, if he listened to others ig he wouldn't lead everyone to the death and Natsu was supposed to be dead now(fi>Te) AND the lackness of Te,just a reminder that having inferior thinking function isn't about being illogical or dump it's about preferring the emotional judging over the logical judging neither it was right or wrong because Fi is deciding when it's right and when it's wrong by it self inf Te users fear others judgment on theirselves or to be more accurate the fear of society system , like not being successful or being a shame like reputation they have to know that other people think good of them so that they believe they are good enough, or in other words the lackness of extraverted thinking Zeref's lackness was based on limited informations "you can't kill an immortal person" "I can't love people because my curse is going to kill em" "this world will never accept me" "yes, an immortal can be killed only with a dead person's power" I can see alot of Te grips in his personality, my man had million of grips so his Te became so developed but he still have lackness because it's contradictive with his Fi, tries to use it but it always leads to failur like re-creating his brother to bring him back to life thinking that's the only logical way to die, jung on developing the inferior function : I have frequently observed how an analyst, confronted with a terrific thinking type, for instance, will do his utmost to develop the feeling function directly out of the unconscious. Such an attempt is foredoomed to failure, because it involves too great a violation of the conscious standpoint. We cannot in the long run allow one part of our personality to be cared for symbiotically by another; for the moment when we might have need of the other function may come at any time and find us unprepared. [“The Problem of the Attitude-Type,” CW 7, par. 86.] Which exactly fits his Fi-Te above Add to that when he tried to press his feelings but failed because he knew emotions will ruin everything, i can see his Te grip in that it's impossible for him to be a Fe user even for an INTP with Inf Fe i guess their only argument is enneagram 5 when Sx5 is possible for INFPs although i don't like limiting enneagram x mbti combos but i'm saying what’s going to convince you while INFJ voters are mostly stereotyping the" deep thoughts" as a personality, i Don't remember seeing Ni any where and if "making plans" isn't Ni as you know. The only other possible mistype for him is ISFP because he can't be anything except Fi with inf Te and i'm not sure about his NeSi auxis but i still think NeSi makes sense more than NiSe. i can't decide Zeref's core enneagram but all what i can see is losing his identity and forgot about it he just wants to die, i Don't think that's really connected with E4 but i'm feeling like it's the Best choice for now but i won't type his enneagram since i have no proof for it I'll add to that that i liked his character 🫠thank God finally a well written character in this show 99% of the characters are NPCs, maby eriza or jelal were good too
Biography
Zeref Dragneel is considered to be the most evil wizard who ever lived, having left a legacy of death, destruction, and demons of his creation. Some of his devoted fanatics have sought to use his magical tools of resurrection to bring him back from his presumed death centuries ago; others believe he was merely sealed away and waiting for someone to unleash his dark powers on the world. What they don't realize, however, is that Zeref's a kind yet tormented young man who has been kept alive for over 400 years by the Black Magic of Ankhselam, a curse that steals all life around him the more he wishes to preserve it. For this reason, he has wandered aimlessly while avoiding as many people as possible, unless he chooses to see them as pawns that can be used as a means to an end. After witnessing too many conflicts done in his name, however, he decides to step out of the shadows to wreak havoc on mankind—all while holding out hope of being stopped by his younger brother, Natsu, whom he is certain is the only one capable of ending his life.
