When Ryu envied Atushi as he saw he was constantly being praised and admired by Osamu, his first thoughts and actions towards him were exactly like that of the SX4 “I envy you and therefore I kill you” “I envy your intellectual superiority, and for that I will cut off your head!” Ryu’s hatred for and desire to kill Atsushi and ruin his happiness was clearly entirely based off his envy for him. He himself admitted this multiple throughout many of their fights and interactions Voting a character with motivations like him as a SX6 is simply beyond ridiculous, especially when Envy is the most obvious and notable trait of Ryu
