his character becomes so scary when we remember him and robbie are the same person. robbie probably didn't manage to express his emotions on his own, so he created an another persona so he could say what he wanted without getting judged for it. rex is mean to everyone, even to his friends, he also is kind of a pervert, and on the top of it, bullies robbie, who suffers a lot from it, having nightmares and being unable to be his true self because of this constant repression (that comes from his own best friend)
Biography
Rex Powers is one of the eight main characters of Victorious. He is Robbie's best friend and ventriloquist dummy. Rex has no filter. He does not like to be called a "dummy" or "puppet", possibly because he isn't one. He says what's on his mind and doesn't hold back or beat around the bush. He hits on most girls at Hollywood Arts High School with the notable exception of Cat, Robbie's own love interest.
