(A little bit of spoiIers) I saw no Se but inferior Fe in him especially when Genya tried to flirt with him and he awkwardly continued leaving the room slightly blushing. And also when he stares at Genya, wanting to talk her but pretends that he doesn't notice her when she looks at him because he doesn't know want to say. I could be wrong and he is an Fi user and I just can't tell since he has only a few scenes throughout the series. I thought I can see him using Ti when he was transferring Alina's powers to the general and I saw his uncertainty but also rational decision in following orders because he does not want to go against the general and do what he asks of him than being a new target. But another time he might have use Ti is when he gave the general the idea of finding Alina by tracking the iridium ring that Genya gave her. Either way, at least we know he is not an Se user.
