𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗼 The Superego block is the starting point of a person’s worldview. Being located in the Mental Ring and low-dimension (weak), this block is socially conforming. People want to fulfill social expectations in this block, yet they’re naturally weak in this which would lead them to become highly conscious about it. For SEE, they have Ne as Role function and Ti in Vulnerable function. This block is the source of a person’s chronic worries, so an SEE is chronically worried about any potential breakthroughs or new things in the world (Ne) and the potential rigid, hierarchy system spawned by those (Ti). 𝟭/𝟭 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 (𝗡𝗲+) 𝗗𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 The starting point of one’s Mental Ring, aka a person’s social self. Here, SEE readily learns about any potential developments in society, new things that could be created, and any new structures that could be made. They always update their knowledge in this matter and try to keep up with the latest developments in society. They also feel that they have to constantly update themselves with new knowledge and new things, which they may feel demanding to keep up with. At times, they may feel agitated about why they should do it or why the development in society is heading to a certain direction. They may try to criticize this, but due to being low-dimensional, they end up relenting and following this. Only their dual, ILI, could give SEE information about this, about why developments are happening, why developments are going in a certain direction, and why the SEE should always try to keep up. Otherwise, SEE may keep this criticism to themselves and solve it through their Ego block. 𝟮/𝟭 𝗩𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 (𝗧𝗶+) 𝗗𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 The point of consciousness. Here, an SEE learns about what kind of hierarchies, systems, or dependencies that could be created from the aforementioned breakthroughs, and the potential ideology that may be pushed due to a certain direction the developments are taking. Because this function is one-dimensional, this information becomes SEE’s source of worries and insecurities. They are worried that they may be pushed into a system, pushed into a certain role, or have to be dependent on others in the same system. Since this function has positive charges which are focused on expansion, the SEE is worried about any potential expansion of things, because that means they’ll be forced to operate under a hierarchical system that would tell them what to do and not do. Also, their one-dimensional nature makes SEE feel weak and helpless in the face of this. They feel that they can’t do this and feel restricted by the chain of systematic developments, yet they don’t have the confidence to criticize or fight this. They want their dual, ILI, to take care of this matter for them, so they could use their mental energy elsewhere. Unfortunately, for undualized SEE, this worry about being restricted and controlled by always-changing systems will keep haunting them unconsciously.
