His backstory literally made me bawl like a baby... yeah, maybe I cried through everyone's backstory, but his truly hit me the hardest. Most interesting and 'human' of the demons, in my opinion, Douma never really struck my attention, though I'll admit Akaza's relationship (or lack of) with him was amusing. It made me so sad when someone (I forgot who it was) said that he'd never killed or eaten a woman :( Truly wish his life hadn't turned out how it did ... even if he's a fictional character, I hope he's reincarnated and able to find his happy ending somehow.
