What personality type is Rarity? Rarity is an ENFJ personality type in MBTI, 3w2 - sx/so - 361 in Enneagram, SLOAI in Big 5, ESE in Socionics.
That's so funny how before learning about MBTI I've already felt that Rarity is like me but so much better. She is total Fe dom - needs outside validation, very dramatic (common for IxxP and ExxJ, especially feelers, but ExxJ drama will be more visible for outside world), wants to make others happy, kinda bossy, really charming. When she lost her hair she was afraid that tribe won't accept her anymore and she decided to hide herself, totally Fe dom move. I cannot even see her having thinking function, it must be her inferior. Her being an intuitive seems kinda obvious as well. She is an idealist, she sees potential and not as much how things really are right now. Which gives even more to her being dramatic. And having Se child suits really well - she uses fashion to relax, that's why it gives her so much happiness.

A huge fan of Fairy Tale-style romances and Happily Ever Afters. While there's nothing new about a girl's cartoon having a fashion-focused character, Rarity breaks from this stereotype in that instead of following trends, she creates them as the owner and lead designer of Ponyville's premier dress shop: the Carousel Boutique. As of Season 4, she appears to be diversifying into interior design. Her Pillar of Old Equestria is Mistmane.
